After doing BCA which subject is highly demand in government teacher job...math or computer
Aiming for a teaching career in government schools you will have to qualify the exam conducted by government like Teachers Eligibility Test (TET), TGT, PRT, PGT and so on.
For example:
TET will have two papers with multiple-choice questions-
*Paper I will be for those intending to become teachers for classes I-V.
*Paper II will be for those aspiring to teach between classes VI and VIII.
Those interested in teaching from Class I to VIII will have to appear for both papers.
The TET is conducted both by the central and state governments of India. Most states conduct their own TET.
Eligibility Criteria:
People with professional teaching qualifications, including the B.T.C (D.El.Ed), B.Ed, and B.El.Ed, are eligible to take the test.
Candidates must score over 60% to pass.
Teaching is a very good profession in India.
So , after doing BCA you have choice in computer as for maths you require graduation in B.Sc. Maths for government teacher and also B.Ed. is essential for government teacher job.
